Online order. The good: Excellent selection, decent prices, well packaged bottles for transport, efficient costumer service once things were going wrong. The bad: Order was not being processed. Then I got shipping notification without tracking information. Never an update. Had to reach out to find out that shipment had not been placed. Eventually shipment was done with a different courier, UPS, and again I did only receive tracking info after reaching out. UPS was bad with their service and communication, but that is not really on flasks.
