Misleading website
Misleading website, terrible product, very small poorly made plastic mugs with loose fitting metal liner, not "mineral crystal" as stated and pictured on the website. We purchased mugs a gifts, ended up throwing them away as useless junk. Adding insult to injury, even after purchasing optional "Expedited Shipping + Product Insurance," after making the purchase, the website encourages the buyer to add "Expedited Shipping + Product Insurance" implying that the initial request for shipping/insurance had not gone through, resulting in a duplicate payment which they will not refund. Rather, their customer service is terrible, promising to honor the refund request but later repeatedly asking for purchase details until the customer gives up. Their telephone line is bogus. Complete fraudulent scam.
