Misinformation
I bought a subscription package for testing. When ordering the tests, the site said, "This round of lab tests includes the following 60+ biomarkers. Triglycerides| Total Cholesterol|LDL Cholesterol|HDL Cholesterol|..." I won't list all 60. When I received my results, many of the 60, including the 4 I listed above, which were the first 4 listed, were not included in the results. I asked about that. They said I have to pay for those separately. I told them the site says they are included and provided a screenshot that states that information, exactly as quoted above. They said they aren't included, despite the site stating in writing that they are. One can not Trust a site if they don't do what they state. I gave 2 over a 1 star because the concept is good. They might blame that they are still in Beta, but it has been in Beta for well over a year, and that still doesn't excuse the misinformation, especially after I pointed it out. Save your money. There are other options.
