Do Not use Sakura. My e-sim didn’t connect and their online support robot unhelpfully replied that enquiries typically take about 24 hours to respond. So could take longer than 24 hours! This is after you have tapped to deny any prospect of a refund- required in the activation process. I had hoped warning them of this review might prompt assistance. They are much faster at taking your money. They left me dependent on wifi- utterly useless customer support. Score 0/10.” For clarity I am pasting here in inverted commas the “help” Sakura provide “Your email has been received and is being reviewed by our team. Our support staff will get back to you typically within 24 hours”.
