Misleading stock levels
I was after a replacement roof rack that would be delivered quickly. Found one in stock and that would dispatched same day if ordered before 4pm and in stock according to the website. To which i did order on 7th March. I received a confirmation email informing me this was not in stock and would be dispatched 7 days later on the 13th March. It is now the 18th March and still no roof rack. Tried to call for a new delivery date but no answer. Sent and email to which I got a reply saying out of office today, will reply tomorrow. I fell like i have been totally miss lead by the website saying it was in stock when it clearly was not. If an item is not in stock in your warehouse or you have correct manufacture stock levels don't put in stock on website as its misleading to customers. If i had of known the item was not in stock, would of ordered elsewhere Very disappoint by their service and miss leading website
