I have just called up to cancel my appointment I have given 8 days notice and just to be told you only have 24 hr to cancel after you book your appointment. I’m now waiting on a manager to call me to give me a refund but I have been told that will not happen and I have lost the deposit DO NOT BOOK UNLESS YOU HAVE £100 to give away. Let’s see if a manager calls me back and a full refund !!!!! Please give me your head office email
