Attended the Advanced Mat Pilates…
Attended the Advanced Mat Pilates Workshop with Caralyn today in Glasgow. Third workshop with Caralyn and I just love her style of teaching!! Very informative, so knowledgable and fun too… Also very impressed she was able to teach with her recent broken toe!! Have enjoyed all my workshops with Future Fit, not only improving my technique but also my approach to teaching, with the added bonus of making such good friends along the way! Great Course x
