Customer service is excellent
Customer service is excellent, Amy in particular kept me informed from the time I placed my order, that as my order was to be hand made it would take a little while to make. This was fine with me and when my Baldric arrived it fit perfectly and the standard was second to none. I am new to re-enacting but shall be using this store again and look forward to visiting them at one of the many trade shows I have been advised they attend. 5* Quartermaster Stores!
