Unanswered/unclarified questions + negative comments

When consulting to customer support services over my experience during an overland excursion, the feedback I received in their concluding message contained very little or no elaboration on vague points of "so-called" misconduct which I strongly deny. To help clear up this situation I included extra, important information in subsequent emails sent to customer services who said were happy to require. Unfortunately, no reply of sort in receiving these emails were acknowledged between their initial and closing messages, let alone taken into account. These details are either presumed to remain unread or deliberately ignored, leading customer services to consider that the investigation was summarised 'comprehensively' as far as it suited them in my opinion. This in turn I believe why my rightful claim for compensation was rejected. Another question that got discarded was what actions would ensue if I refused to accept in cutting my trip short, and that itself deserves answering. Moreover, various fellow passengers voiced atrocious online reviews about me indirectly on Intrepid. A couple of individuals whom I've been civilised and stayed in contact with, unusually stated post-trip that i somehow made them feel anxious, which is rich since they obviously don't know the half of what exactly I've been feeling since, even more. Most spiteful of all, a younger guy unaware of the fact that I'm autistic had the nerve to post about me having a lack of 'mental stability', and suggesting why my time on the tour wasn't terminated sooner. Honestly, I think its safe to say that my well-being during this trip wasn't prioritised sufficently nor equally as other travellers', and moving forward from this trauma has become increasingly difficult for myself. In all fairness, isn't a little reconsideration into soughting some reimbursement too much to ask?
