You ship the wrong item and It's My problem!
I love the question Trustpilot asks, "what went wrong this time?" This seems like wineandwhiskeydecanter is a frequent flyer when it comes to poor sales. I purchased online a crystal mug in orange. When I finally received it, (oh for a gift) it looked more plastic than glass, it had a stainless cup insert that wasn't shown anywhere in any item photo. Lastly, it wasn't even orange, it was blue. I contacted the seller and told them the problems and they came back with, get this, We have approved your return. What? You approved? Anyways, ship it back to us and when we get it and inspect the item we will issue a refund. My question is where is the shipping label, I did not ship the wrong color mug. They have not responded. Stay away from this Asian organization, which also wasn't indicated in the online store. They are not willing to help and if a mistake is made it's your problem.
