I bought an expressi coffee machine The first one I bought would not discharge the cartridges so I took it back and had it replaced The second machine had exactly The same problem so I took it back to deception Bay store they told me they couldn’t do anything without a receipt it’s an Aldi proprietary products so obviously I bought it from Aldi I got my wife to copy the receipt and send me a copy of it and was then told they couldn’t do it I had to take it back to the store I bought it from Kallangur. So I drive the 20 minutes to kallangur store only to be told they can’t change it because it has to be deposited back on to the wife’s card this is not customer service so now instead of exchanging the machine I now want to full refund and I’ll go and buy an espresso brand that I know works
