So these take number 1 spot for worst customer service I have ever encountered. Nearly £250 down on items that have been successfully delivered back. So three times I had tried to return some jeans, via these UPS returns . Three times the parcel got sent back each time for different reasons. The driver confimred everything was filled in correctly, I sent picture(s) showing how the parcel was sent and received Edwin confirmed everything was filled in correct. We couldn’t understand why it was getting sent back as the UPS team also confirmed it was all correctly filled in. So it was suggested that I could send the parcel back via an alternative courier and Edwin would pay the costs (which they finally did after weeks of pestering they initially tried to give me a voucher instead would you believe!). It is now showing that the parcel was delivered to Edwin on June 11th, I have also confirmed this with Royal Mail. It is at the correct location your team gave to me. They are now telling me they haven’t received the parcel. I am now notifying trading standards and they can take it further. As I have tried to contact them which is in Germany - so now I have had to pay costs on my phone which I was put on hold for 15 minutes and still didn’t get through to anyone, that cost me over £7, £18.10 in postage costs and over £200 down in jeans I have sent back. This is all documented in emails and print screens. Do not shop online with them. Ricky
