Don’t be conned by their policy that you need international driving permit to hire a car if you don’t have EU driving licence. They made me take out extra insurance because I had UK driving licence. Very unhappy, nowhere in the process of booking the car, it said I will have to take insurance because I got UK driving licence. When I got to the desk I had no choice and with it being 2am nowhere else was operating, so I had no choice but to get the insurance, I managed to get my money back by claiming it through my credit card provider
