Changing Your Origin Plan? Seamless, Cost-effective!
I wanted to review my Origin Gas Energy plan before the huge uplift that will become effective on 1 July 2025. The Origin Customer Service person, Annie, was fabulous to speak with. Annie looked at my profile and current plan and recommended a plan that would be cheaper. The changeover was seamless and instant. The updated documents arrived by email while we were closing our conversation. Very happy! Thank you, Annie. Thank you, Origin!
