When i called to lycamobile service i was not satisfied than i think about to chat with them. I came to chat with Lina. She was very patient and kind. She guided me how i can recover my number and all. But unfortunately my sim card was not working so i looked for chat again. Likely i got connected with Lina again. She helped me with each step to solve my problem. I am very pleased and happy. She listened to my evey question and very kindly answer all questions. I am very thankful for Lina.
