Lousy Service.

Dear Martin, Senior Manager. I am really disappointed with service given to by Martin, one of your agent. I spoke to him a couple times, as I was trying to find flights To Mumbai. He sounded pleasant. So when I finally decided on the final dates I could travel, as my wife had a Knee replacement surgery and we waiting for clearance to fly from her consultant Well Martin gave me a quote I said it was too much. He then asked me if I am flexible on return dates and I said yes. He then came back with a figure of £766.00 per ticket. He then sent me an itinerary statement with a quote of £1572.00 and bullied me into paying for the the ticket. As gullible customer he forced me to pay there than even though I was having trouble paying due to issue on my lab top. About an hour latter a friend suggested I check with Travel Hub, who offered me the same tickets for £680 each. I got a written confirmation for them as your sales promise says. Money will be refunded if you can buy the tickets cheaper any where. I rang Martin and asked him to either Price match or cancel my ticket. He fobbed me of by saying he will call me back. The next day he did not ring me until I rang him a couple times. When he rang me he kept saying "He was calling the Airline to check the state of the price listing" Which I know now is a lot of lies as a company like yours buy a bucket list of no tickets and sell them on. When he finally rang me after a long wait, as I had asked to speak to his manager as I really felt bad as he had swindled me out of nearly £250 for the 2 tickets. Then he told he cannot cancel the tickets or price match and again gave me a lot of waffle about Airline telling him it was the best price at the time I agreed to buy the tickets. He agreed to give some compensation so building my hope and he delayed me by offering me £10 per ticket and I told him he must be joking and asked him to consider again and he said he will speak to his superiors and call me back. Today it's nearly 5 PM and he has not called me. Now I have taken advice from the various sources and come to conclusion I just want to cancel my holidays for now and will go 2024 as this final in the very unfortunate and unfulfilling year I have. By the way Travel Hub offered me the tickets at the same price yesterday evening. Unfortunately I could not afford to spend any more money knowing my wish to cancel is not being considered.
