COOP Will service takes to long
I am writing this review to tell people my experience of the Will writing service. My journey began back on 13th March. Had my initial telephone interview to discuss my needs for my new will this took 2 hours.Had my draft in early May, posted it back for a few amendments. I am still waiting now for the final Will copy. 7 th of June I have been in contact with the service over the last month chasing this Will, always having excuses that it's with the financial team.. So I have put in a complaint 3 months to write a straight forward will seems extremely long time to me. Especially when I paid up front for it. Ref 6706832.
