Great customer service throughout
Great customer service throughout. Staff in the Milton Keynes store had instant knowledge of what items in what ranges they had in store when I rang to check, and explained that whilst they didn't have the exact item in one range, they had a different sized one that was identical in every other way so would be a good representation. When I went to the store they remembered the phone call and pointed me straight to the items I was interested in, and said I was welcome to test them out. They took my order in store and explained the delivery process clearly. The first delivery date I was offered wasn't convenient and it was simple to rearrange an alternative by text message. Live tracking info was sent through along with a specific delivery window on the morning of delivery. One of delivery boxes wouldn't fit through the garage door into the garden so the delivery guys unboxed it and carried the pieces through for me. The furniture itself is high quality and feels like really good value for the price. I would definitely recommend White Stores.
