I hired a carpet cleaning machine
I hired a carpet cleaning machine. Deposit of £100 was taken from my credit. The guy on other end told me £56.60 would be charged and rest would be returned after machine is returned to them. Right after I spoke to him on the phone company sends me the bill of exact amount spoken on phone. After returning the machine I received a receipt of £30.45 and sends me a new bill of £69.75 including VAT. When they speak to you on the phone they don't tell you hidden charges. This is a scam company. I would never hire from them again also on their website prices they show are way lower so that they could attract customers.
