When contacting headquarters to understand their service benchmarks, they were unable to provide clear expectations or targets, leaving customers unsure of what is considered reasonable. The service was disorganised and unfriendly, with long queues likely due to insufficient staff training and poor peak-time management. Despite providing similar feedback a year ago, no improvements have been made by the area manager or headquarters. Greggs should consider implementing clear service time goals, enhancing staff training, and improving queue management during busy hours to provide a more efficient and pleasant customer experience.
