I ordered a shirt from Mystery Kits on…

I ordered a shirt from Mystery Kits on 27th December 2024 for my grandson’s birthday 7th January 2025. When the shirt had not arrived by 10th January I emailed Mystery Kits for an update on my order. I had not had any response from Mystery Kits by 28th January so I emailed them again once again asking for an update and they did have the curtesy to reply this time with the following “Hello, We hope this email finds you well. * Can you please provide us an image of your order confirmation email? * Please confirm the full shipping address. We'll pass your order information to our courier immediately so they can further investigate this matter and we can assist you with this issue moving forward. Thank you, Liam” I supplied them with the information that they requested the same day. It is the 8th February and I still haven’t had any response from them since 28th January. I have just been on their website and it says exactly the same as it did on 27th December, “Ready to ship Tracked Express Delivery [2-5 Days]” When you click on the tracking number it takes you through to Evri which again says the same as it did on 27th December “We're expecting it We're expecting your parcel to arrive with us soon and we'll update your tracking once we've received it” I really am disappointed with Mystery Kits and their after sales service it seriously needs looking at, to not even have the curiosity respond to emails is absolutely shocking, and I certainly will never recommend or use them again, be very careful if you plan on buying from them. I have now contacted my card provider and they have taken up my complaint. I have given the one star only because I couldn’t write a review unless I clicked on it.
