Excellent Customer Service
Have ordered from vape online several times. I purchase the fumot T9000. I really like these vapes. The flavours are lovely & they last me quite a long time & i find them good value for money. They are normally delivered by Royal Mail & arrive within a couple of days, however, on this occasion I waited a couple of wks & noticed Royal Mail had not scanned the parcel. I emailed Vape Online Store & received a reply back from them on bank holiday Monday to say they would send another parcel to me which turned up today. Have to say I'm very impressed with their customer service. Prompt reply (bearing in mind it was a bank holiday) & prompt redelivery. Needless to say I will continue to purchase my vapes from them.
