The Watchtowers
We honestly can’t rave about The Watchtowers enough. So many of our guests have said they were the best wedding band they’ve ever seen—and we totally agree. From the first email to the last song, they were amazing to deal with. Super friendly, super professional, and just so much fun. Having them play at our wedding at Grangefields in Ashbourne was one of the best decisions we made. Their setlist was unreal—two full-on, high-energy sets that had absolutely everyone dancing. They nailed the mix of old and new, from The Beatles (a must for the groom) to Chappell Roan (a favourite of the bride), plus some epic mashups that caught everyone off guard in the best way. The dance floor was packed all night. Even in between sets, when they took over the DJ booth, they kept the vibe going perfectly. Every tune hit the mark, and there wasn’t a single dip in energy. They’re all just really lovely people too. Easy to talk to, clearly love what they do, and made such an effort with us and our guests. At one point, when one of our guests wasn’t feeling well, they immediately paused without fuss, gave space for things to settle, then picked things right back up like nothing happened—so smooth and so thoughtful. In the lead-up to the day, communication was brilliant. They were quick to reply, happy to answer any questions, and just really easy to work with. It felt like they genuinely cared about making the night perfect for us—and they absolutely did. It’s the little things that stuck out—like chatting with guests between sets, thanking us personally before they left, and just bringing a really lovely energy to the whole evening. Awesome band and awesome people!
