At present in the fantastic Regal Princess, so so clean, entertainment awesome - food absolutely amazing - staff amazing everything is fantastic APPART,,, from the Medalion App,,, extremely extremely disappointing. No matter where we are on the ship, never works - can’t order drinks or food - can’t contact people - reported to reception a few times. Made no difference- so disappointed- as this could have given the ship 5*plus
