If I could give a negative star I would. E capital filed a ucc against my business and I never agreed to sign on with them. When confronted they denied filing the UCC and said it must be another company. They told me if I do sign on with them they will get rid of the UCC on my business. E capital uses another third party called blue water capital to file the UCC. They lock you in so you cannot use your authority or go with another factoring company. I’m in the process of taking legal action to expose these frauds and liberate my authority from their deceptive hold. Don’t even call these people to ask about factoring …..they will lock you in without you agreeing to anything. All they need is your business info and the knowledge that you have no agreement with another factoring company and then they pull this tactic.
