Bad, bad, bad.
I will be brief. I switched to Economy Energy in December 2017. Unfortunately they switched the wrong account; the supply to a wind turbine in a nearby field, so I changed my mind and cancelled the switch. I would have had to wait 6 weeks to recoup the money I had already paid but I used the direct debit guarantee with my bank to have it refunded immediately. In July 2018 I received a bill for £26.16. After a lot of phone calls and emails I managed to get confirmation that the bill is null and void. Now in November 2018 I have received an email informing me that I have an overdue account. And so it continues......
