Betrug

Ich habe eine Dienstleistung beansprucht, eine Frage zu einer App. Das war OK und hat 5CHF gekostet. Auf der Kreditkartenrechnung habe ich später festgestellt, dass weitere 29CHF belastet wurden. Auf der Seite techsupportchat.de sah ich dann einen Vertrag, ein Apo für 29CHF pro Monat. Ich habe das nie angefordert oder gewünscht. Das ist von mir aus Betrug.
