AVOID! Terrible customer service
AVOID! I never leave reviews but have to warn others about this company. You should heed the other 1-star reviews about abysmal customer service. I was excited about their product but it broke within a few months and customer service has been worse than useless. Specifically my device started uncontrollably leaking. Upon reporting this to Osmio, they launched onto me an onerous investigation making outlandish requests about procuring professional tests of my local water supply, interrogating my usage of the product, etc in a way that far exceeds either a reasonable standard or the interactions I’ve had with any other consumer electronics business. Ultimately they simply refuse to honor their warranty. I wish I had not purchased a product from this company - there are competitors.
