No notification when order is "out of stock"
Ive used this company on and off for years. They used to be great, but now each time I order something the wait for your actual product gets longer and longer. I placed an order over 2 weeks ago that has been stuck in "processing" and when reaching out to customer service they informed me my entire order is being held up due to 2 of the items being currently out of stock and that I can either choose something different, or wait, and this is definitely not the first time this has happened. Would be nice to get a notification when you're waiting so long for a purchase.
