Generally the Life Assure Alert pendant is too sensitive.
Generally the Life Assure Alert pendant is easy to wear, to charge and to keep nearby. However it has one big negative and that is that quite often when I take the Life Assure Medical Alert off, that is to say when I lift the Alert from my neck to where I keep it at night it registers a fall and consequently an alert call from your phone centre. ‘ not a good thing as you have to call and verify that I am OK more often than necessary. I did call to see whether the sensitivity could be reduced but apparently that isn’t possible. In addition I should add that the one time I did fall while wearing the Alert it did not register a fall. Generally I think it is a good thing, but there seem to be a few bugs to work out.
