Rang Monday explained my brakes have gone..oil leaking from right hand wheel n need new hose..booking made for mechanic to come next day BTW 10 am n 12pm.. taxi cost 60$ to be there at 10am.. 11am he rings me an tells me.. mechanic not available.. 60$ to go back home. 12pm. Mechanic rings me to say he'll be there in half hr. another 65$ to go where car is.. l explained to him what problem is. after looking at it.. he spends half hr on laptop..then checks all four wheels n says.. yes only one leak on right hand front wheel.. then proceeds to tell me.. he can't fix it til friday...OMG. and tells me it will cost n extra 90$ for brake fluid n labour on top of 320$.. l didnt mind the cost.. its the job that didn't get done...cos he didn't have the hose.. like.. you weren't told what the problem was...OMG.. I wouldn't even think about using you again.. nor would l even suggest recommending you or your company to anyone...
