Simply Exceptional
I recently sold a property in Dublin with Paul Tobin Estate Agents. I've been following the market for some time and felt I knew quite a bit. I certainly knew that to attract a good price I needed to upgrade the property, which had been rented for some time. Paul managed and oversaw every detail in preparation for sale. He advised on the current market, potential buyers, and advised on the asking price. His view on potential buyers was somewhat different to what I had anticipated given the property's central location but his market knowledge proved prescient to say the least. Paul's ability to develop relationships with potential buyers and his negotiation skills are second to none. The sale was critically important to our financial plan.
