Very good service for a very reasonable price.
Estate agents often get criticised for doing little in return for their money. Peter Clarke, on the other hand, did a great deal on my behalf with excellent advice on pricing and marketing the house, to showing the house to selected customers who's stated requirements matched the property, and to dealing with the problems of boiler service and EICR requirements, which as I live abroad made the process much simpler. Overall, a very, very good service at a very reasonable fee.
