Customer service needs improving
Great price for a wine that is hard to find in the UK. However, very poor customer service and communication around tracking and delivery. Received several emails on day of order confirming payment, clearance by customs and shipping had all been completed. Then nothing for a week at which point I chased it up to be told the consignment hadn't been cleared by Customs. I sent screenshots of the email saying it had ( a week previously) and Hey Presto I get a text from the courier saying the parcel will be delivered that day! Very poor, feels to me that they didn't bother checking the tracking information before replying to my first email and just tried to fob me off. Not sure I would be confident ordering from them again.
