I will give 100 out of 5 stars if system allows. This means the job was extremely great. It was a long story and my job was last for almost 2 months, because something bad luck happened. But the experience was superb. To keep the story short. I installed water softener, quooker tap and its filter. Steve helped on the installation and all done perfectly. Bad luck happened that my pipe was blocked after the job. We have no clue but I agreed that it was not because of the softener installation. The team still helped me finding solutions and coming over and over many times to help. Finally got a workaround for the problem. To sum up, Steve’s pipe arrangement was glorious. My pipes were messy, and they are now very tidy after Steve’s help. Sarah explained the products and services clearly and no hard-sell. She was very helpful, proactive and promptly followed up. Andrew helped liaising and kept his promises on following up and calling back. The job was done very well, and most importantly, UK water softener saved me when I was struggled. This was a beyond expectation service that I could never find in anywhere!
