Two online orders, two problems.
I decided to try Selected Homme online for the first time recently. I placed two orders with them. There were issues with both of the orders. One was missing an item and the other order had an item that was faulty, there was a small hole in the shoulder that I didn’t notice initially when I tried it on. I’m in the process of getting a refund for the missing item and have raised a support ticket for the damaged item. The support team aren't the quickest at getting back but they eventually do. Two orders, two problems. I won’t be using them again.
