Never use travel centre…
I booked last year for a trip to New Zealand June 2026 including Singapore. I had a good experience first time with Canada but don't like fact you don't get the ATOL certificate until paid in full. This is a requirement when booking and deposit paid. I had paid over £2000 and my partner had injury to back and now cannot walk. Just had spinal surgery and will need a further operation. I contacted TC and original agent Chris has left and Riley took over. I explained the circumstances and no refund offered. Flights aren't even out yet as they are released 11 months before travel. Loosing a deposit is hard but alot more than that is bad service. I wish I'd never used travel centre and I certainly won't again. My partner is OAP and now disabled and I'm his full time carer so this is far more than we can afford to loose.
