Awful customer experience
Ordered a mortar tub, wrong one got delivered. Then the collection of the incorrectly dispatched tub kept getting messed up by the courier. Tried ringing to sort delivery of my original tub, said they couldn’t dispatch correct one until they’ve received the old one! Now 10 days after original order (was told 7-10 days delivery) and get told they haven’t even dispatched the correct one yet. Salt in the wound, they won’t refund me until they’ve received what they incorrectly dispatched to me. Not only failing to deliver on my order, but keeping hold of my money for their mistake, so I can’t even order off someone else until the funds come back to me. So a 10 day wait turns into probably a month by the time they sort out a refund and I place another order!
