Great service, but no mention of delivery time
The service was ok, and the price fair. I made a delivery from Hungary to Greece. The pickup was on time, and the parcel arrived within 11 business days. Customer service answered questions within day. But, for delivery time, there is no indication when to expect it. I didn`t get any phone call, email, or any notification. The tracking on the website only says "in transit", with no details when to expect the parcel. I just happened to be at home when the parcel arrived. Take it into consideration But all and all I'm satisfied
