Significant service issues experienced…
Significant service issues experienced since the commencement of our fiber installation. Unprofessional installation team, 5G not working when fiber was connected, 150mps not the 500mps we pay for, multiple drops in connection hourly making it unusable for video conferencing, poor customer service to get the situation solved. Our previous positive experience with Wessex Internet over 5 years has deteriorated considerably to the point we are considering leaving.
