Terrible customer service, good trustpilot team
My experience has been extremely worrying so far, I am afraid that the situation won't improve soon. I received the sms stating that due to a scheduled network upgrade I could experience brief service interruptions last week, but I couldn't imagine such a dreadful disaster. I am disconnected from the network since Saturday. No internet, no calls, no text messages. It means that I cannot log into some web accounts, such as lycamobile account, since I cannot receive the texts. I was able to go through the call center on Tuesday, after one hour in line (of course, using another phone as my line is completely off). As the usual simple advices couldn't work (turn off turn on etc) I was told to wait for 8 hours. Today I tried to call again but the queue was too long. Edit: I update my review because trustpilot lycamobile helped me and sorted my issues quickly, so I thank them very very much. They deserve 5 stars. Lycamobile customer service did not answer my email at all and did not follow up to my call for 3 days so I have to give an average 3 stars.
