Appalling Customer Service
To start with I was very happy with my dealings with this company. Greenhouse arrived promptly with 2 things missing. I spoke to Ian and decided to cancel one of the missing parts and he processed a refund. 2 weeks later the refund hadn't appeared so I again contacted Ian who reiterated it had been processed. I decided to call and talk to him about it and also ask if he knew when the other missing part was likely to be delivered. What happened next I still can't quite believe. The phone was answered by Matt and when I explained why I was ringing he became extremely aggressive telling me they'd already told me that they'd processed it and i was being passive aggressive and talking over him. He ranted on and although I tried to explain I was only trying to talk to him he slammed the phone down! I called back and when I asked if it was him who slammed the phone down he said no my name is Matthew. He then started his very aggressive rant again and when I asked if I could speak to someone else he said no and slammed the phone down again!
