Ordered an angel sleeve dress in a…
Ordered an angel sleeve dress in a 16...waited for the parcel to arrive to recieve a size 20 kaftan. Even the order slip inside of parcel says kaftan. Went online and it shows I ordered the angel sleeve dress , but on the returns says I ordered the kaftan which I did not. I am now expected to pay a charge to send the kaftan back. Went online and the dress I ordered is.now out of stock so I am seeing this as it's out of stock instead of letting the customer know we will just send a kaftan in a size 20. I paid £45 for the dress and I get sent a kaftan instead.
