Calum was really helpful, friendly and provided an efficient service! He got back to me when he said he would, and was totally non judgemental. He was very kind, honest and patient during the valuation process - what a credit to the company. Although I didn’t go through with a sale, I appreciated the transparency offered and time taken to go through the procedures with me.
