They sent me the wrong item and now I have to wait even longer to get the item that I desperately needed until they get the return processed for the wrong item they sent. What happened to customer service. I will not deal with any company that makes me pay for their mistake! If I didn't need the receiver I would not have ordered it and paid for overnight shipping then wait several days for them to respond to my email just to find out I have to wait for them to process the return of the wrong item they sent me. Why would a customer that paid for overnight shipping for a product have to wait EXTRA time to receive WHAT I ACTUALLY ORDERED AND WHAT WAS ON MY PACKING SLIP because of their error?
