FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE & KNOWLEDGE
I generally have difficulty setting up new accounts for electricity meters, often being on the phone for an hour. Today however the process was quick and smooth. Lois from Origin was polite, friendly and also knowledgeable. I hope the next time I have to set up a new account (which is quite often for work), I experience the same high standard of customer service.
