Had a very bad experience with telescope live. They kept cancelling my image run multiple times. Then it failed. I requested a refund and they said they would only refund 2 months and even then didn't carry out their promise. They don't even reply to my messages now. I've cancelled my subscription and will never join again. Once they have your money they don't want to know if you have an issue. I would recommend that you look for an alternative company.
