Thanks for replying, how can we send you the reference number as it would be great to understand why paperwork hasn't been sorted out. We were also not informed regarding how to obtain Title deeds after completion. They worked everything out at the end however during the entire process we had to email n call many times to get replies. Also not happy that we didn't get a response before of after about obtaining a Gas safety certificate from the sellers of the property. Would've expected this task to be completed as it's standard while selling and buying property so now stuck without one at all and incurring further expense doing it. Ideally, it's expected that the solicitors put everything and your best interests first being the client. .
