Two stars until they fix courier coverage in outer suburbs

I own a Thai restaurant about eight miles from downtown. The Ryde merchant tools are genuinely excellent and I want to give this four stars, but I can't in good conscience do that when a third of my orders are delayed by 25 minutes or more waiting for a courier. I've had customers cancel. I've had food sit. The platform has the right architecture — they just need more drivers in my zip code before I can recommend it to other suburban restaurant owners.
