Over priced for the service they have

Over priced for the service they have. it used to be ok but, now extremally slow and 20 times a day the network cuts for 5-10 minutes, sometimes even 30 minutes. every time i speak about it is the same thing, "have to do the diagnosis" they do, nothing happens. worth £10 a month not the £35. my friend has community fibre for £20 a month with FLASH speed (unfortunately not in my area). the only ok thing is their customer service. they did give a new router but it did NOTHING at all. Their good communication is the only reason I gave it 2 not 1 stars.

terrible service

Ok with deals, cheap but, terrible costumer service, the 24/7 chat is non existent. Have to wait more than 40 minutes, sometimes an hour for someone to answer then wait 10-20 minutes for each reply, they ask a lot of questions, dont understand answers and each reply, 10-20 minutes. it has been 4 weeks i was trying to upgrade then gave up on them. Utterly useless. What is the point of those people working there is beyond me. one person should deal with one customer not 100 at the time. The network also is not that great, the second you step inside any building, a cafe. Especially in CENTRAL LONDON. That should be basic.
